Esther Edelman is a STOTT trained certified Pilates instructor. She is a professional aerialist and dancer who has been performing and teaching various body based disciplines for over 20 years. Esther loves to work with injury and special populations, including athletes, carving out specific programs geared toward health and healing. She enjoys the creativity of working with individuals to instill greater knowledge and joy toward movement.
