When we share our stories, we bring to light what’s important to us. We practice speaking and listening. We take time to be present to ourselves and to each other.
Shared connections, a sense of community, and our desire for compassionate interaction become visible.
Together, we can create an atmosphere of curiosity and respect, which encourages us to take risks, becoming willing to be open and honest.
