As part of the publicity for the KickStarter campaign to gain funding for printing my book, “Garden On, Vashon!”, I will be doing an Author Reading at the Vashon Bookshop on Friday, June 14, at 12:30.
This is not just a collection of blog entries: it’s part Vashon gardening how-to, part Island history, part Let’s Go Exploring with Karen, with over 200 Islanders in this 250±page book. I’ve been working on this for the last three years, and it’s all done but for final copy-edits and indexing.
