It is said that the one who understands the principal of vibration—and applies it—will never lack anything.
Everything in the Universe is made out of Energy.
Every idea, and manifested thing or situation is vibrating at a particular frequency.
You have the power (and ARE of the power) to create vibrational resonance that attracts your own unique desires into Being. (you are doing this now even if you are not conscious of it :)
Tuning your awareness of your very own body which is made of energy and using your vibrational tools (your breath, voice, movement) to shift the fields therein to create wholeness (synonymous with Awareness) is what this Earth experience is all about.
The root of this practice/experience is really about opening to LOVE.
Opening to the YES.
Letting go of the heaviness you carry and feeling LIGHT in these times of great change.

We will be doing some gentle body opening and relaxing yoga postures, using our voices (bring water), and resting (bring a pillow or small blanket if you wish). We look forward to you joining us! Suggested Donation of $7-13 each, though no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Ages 12 and Up!
