Vashon Horse Expo – The Day of the Horse is a fundraiser for the equestrian facilities at Paradise Ridge Park. It is being sponsored by the Vashon Maury Island Horse Association with Emily Wigley being the organizer. It is June 1, 2013 from 9-5 and it will entail horse related demonstrations, clinics, entertainment, food, silent auction, and hopefully pony rides! Booths and tents for shopping and information; King County Conservation District will be there, Pony Up Rescue for Equines, Pony Club and 4H just to name a few.
