ORCA Lift/Food Stamps/Health Insurance Sign Up

ORCA Lift is a program that provides low income people with reduced fares on Metro buses, Sound Transit Link Light Rail and the Water Taxi (not the Washington State Ferries). You end up with a discount ORCA card.

What you need to bring: Photo ID from any state or country AND income verification - can be Provider One card, EBT card, TANF award letter, SSI award letter, L&I statement of worker's comp or Social Security award letter. This program is for everyone regardless of immigration status.
