This Nonviolent Communication practice group provides a supportive space for ongoing NVC training, to build skills for authentic expression and to engage in emphatic connection.This circle is held at Cedar Spring farm and facilitated by Empathy Specialist Mair Alight, Certified Nonviolent Communication Teacher. Cedar Spring Farm is at 12108 SW 148th. Farm entrance is between Bethel Park and West-side Hwy. Weather permitting, you will sit outside in camp chairs (bring your own, or use ones that are here) and/or sit on the grass while practicing NVC together in the natural setting and beauty of nature around us.


Suggested donation is $15- $25 per session. However don't let this keep you away your presence is more important. vashon.tbanks.org is also accepted.
