At the Vashon Library: ORCA Lift is a program that provides people with low incomes with reduced fares on Metro buses, Sound Transit Link Light Rail and the Water Taxi (NOT THE WA STATE FERRIES). What you need to bring: Photo ID from any state or country AND income verification - can be Provider One Card, EBT card, TANF award letter, SSI award letter, L&I statement of worker's comp or Social Security Award letter.
