The regular monthly drill for VashonBePrepared. The public is invited to come and learn about:

• The latest research on potential disasters facing Vashon & Maury Islands,
• Ongoing community efforts to mitigate and prepare for potential disasters,
• Vashon's Emergency Operations Center (EOC),
• Citizen Emergency Response Teams (CERT),
• Neighborhood Emergency Response Organizations (NERO),
• and all the many individuals and business playing a part to reduce the impact of any potential disaster.

Exercises are held the 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 7 to 9 PM, at the conference room in the main fire station, at 10020 SW Bank Rd., one block west of Vashon Center.
